Nina, LPC, ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

I am a licensed mental health professional who is passionate about providing a safe and comfortable space for individuals to navigate the difficulties of life and being human. I approach therapy from a person centered and trauma-informed perspective, meeting you where you are and helping you discover the tools that work for you to make meaningful progress. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, identity, trauma, relationships, or life changes, I believe in providing an empathetic and nonjudgmental environment that allows individuals to engage in the process authentically and in a way that is meaningful to them. I approach therapy from a cognitive-behavioral perspective that is also trauma-informed. I believe that every individual has the power to create healthy habits and make decisions that move them toward their fullest potential. I help clients understand how past experiences shape current behaviors and how to overcome those barriers to achieve positive and lasting change. My experience includes working with a diverse population, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, justice-involved individuals, and multicultural backgrounds. I also specialize in EMDR therapy to target traumatic or negative experiences, addiction, and phobias.
