Alexandra, LMHC-A, NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking support as they navigate the challenges of everyday life. Counseling is my second career, following meaningful years as a high school teacher. My background in education deeply shaped my appreciation for relationship-building and the importance of creating trusting, collaborative connections. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth and meaningful change.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals through perinatal concerns, infertility, and caregiving. These life experiences can be deeply personal and, at times, overwhelming. I feel honored to walk alongside clients during these seasons, offering steady support, compassion, and understanding.
I am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their inner worlds. Together, we’ll identify areas of conflict or distress in your life and partner to find effective strategies that foster lasting change. I offer a warm, person-centered approach while thoughtfully integrating elements of behavioral modalities and mindfulness practices to support healing and resilience.
