Isabella H is a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associatewith experience supporting clients of all backgrounds,including children, adolescents, students, families, firstresponders, military personnel, and individuals whohave experienced trauma. With a background in bothprivate practice and crisis work, she has helpedindividuals navigate a wide range of concerns, includingrelationship conflicts, family challenges, stress, selfesteem, behavioral concerns, life transitions,depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and othermood disorders.Isabella takes a person-centered, trauma-informed, andCBT-based approach to counseling, creating acollaborative and nonjudgmental space tailored to eachclient's unique needs and goals.
