Crisana, LCSW, ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Crisana is a licensed clinical social worker with over seven years of experience supporting children, young adults, and families. She earned her Master's in Social Work from Regis College in 2023 and began her career in 2018 providing home based therapy to children and families with developmental disabilities. Crisana used a trauma informed lens and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), working with families to enhance communication, reduce PTSD symptoms, and build resilience. 

Crisana serves as the Clinical Social Worker for Rhode to Adoption, a local adoption agency in RI. She is committed to creating a safe, affirming and culturally responsive space where each child and family feels understood and respected. Crisana especially values supporting families navigating significant life transitions, healing from trauma, and exploring identity and LGBTQ+ experiences. Her goal is to help children and families work together toward healing, self determination, and overall well-being.
