Massage therapy at Rhode Island Oak Counseling & Wellness is provided by licensed professionals who are trained to determine problem areas which focus on the soft tissue — the muscles, tendons and ligaments that move and support your body.

Our integrative wellness approach uses therapeutic massage to complement other therapies you may already be receiving, or as a stand-alone therapy, to treat a particular area of your body.

What to Expect:

During a massage therapy session, you can expect our licensed therapists to manipulate the soft tissue of the body by using varying degrees of pressure in order to release knots and tension. After your session you will notice reduced stress, relaxation, improved circulation, released tension, and improved sleep patterns. Of course, results will vary depending on each client.

Cost: 1 hour appointment $100,  90 minute appointment $140

Healing occurs when your mind and body work in harmony. With the integration of massage therapy you can release tension, relax the mind, and achieve balance. As a Licensed Massage Therapist my goal for each session is to create an effective and relaxing treatment for every guest. I have a background in Esthetics and chose to continue my education and become a Massage Therapist. My journey as a mother has opened me to my calling in the healing arts and I can’t wait to continue furthering myself while helping others along the way. My strengths are in my relaxing, therapeutic touch and my passion lies in prenatal massage. I’m excited to be a part of your journey and thank you for your time and attention.
