I am a passionate counselor who takes a holistic approach to treatment, often incorporating mindfulness techniques as well as practical tools for coping with life stressors. My hope is to bring curiosity, warmth, playfulness, and stability to this process so you can feel wholeheartedly seen and heard. Because therapy is such a personal process, I work to tailor each client’s experience to their unique needs, focusing on creating a collaborative environment designed to increase self understanding. This process can be goal-oriented or more exploratory, depending on what best suits you.
I foster a compassion for the complexities in people’s lives and offer a supportive space for individuals to dig deeper into their emotions while also using gentle challenging strategies to help clients view things from a different perspective.
My work is rooted in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I will approach this work from a strengths-based emotion-focused lens. I strongly believe in the sacredness of connection, and I consider it an honor to support you in your journey.
