I am grateful that you’re taking a moment to read up on me, enabling you to make a decision about us being a good fit in working together.  It can be an overwhelming and difficult decision sometimes, especially when you are feeling stressed, anxious or depressed.  

So, let me tell you a few things about me that might be helpful and how I can support you: I’ve been a social worker for over 14 years and have a masters in social work, with a concentration in health and mental health.  I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, all of which can help you to process your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; giving you techniques and tools to live a healthier life in any part of your life that you’d like to change or improve. 

Your goal is to get relief from stressors in your life, whether it’s lifestyle changes or mental health changes.  You need to feel better, to set goals and accomplish them.  My goal is to support you, provide guidance and work together to determine what will work for YOU.
