**This program has a commitment of 3 months**

Cost: $504 per month or $1,455 paid upfront

Includes:

• Meetings with Owner & Wellness Expert
  • 90 minute intake and creation of Wellness Plan
  • 6 bi-weekly visits to check in about Wellness Plan progress
• Choose: 
  • Option A:     
    • 2 Acupuncture visits per month
    • Unlimited Yoga Per Month
  • Option B:
    • 2 Massage Therapy visits per month 
    • Unlimited Yoga Per Month
  • Option C:
    • 2 Acupuncture visits per month
    • 1 Massage Therapy visit per month
