Meghan is a dedicated mental health counselor, health educator, and wellness expert who is passionate about helping clients overcome challenges, develop resilience, and achieve their personal goals. With over 20 years of experience teaching and mentoring adolescents and adults, Meghan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her counseling practice. 

As a mom and former professional athlete, she understands the importance of self-care in maintaining mental health. Meghan specializes in working with clients with health issues and chronic illness, drawing on her experience in disease prevention and her work with the Dean Ornish Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Through collaboration with dietitians, stress management specialists, nurses, exercise physiologists, and psychologists, Meghan has gained a comprehensive perspective on the role of nutrition, stress management, and physical activity in promoting mental and physical well-being. 

When clients work with Meghan, they can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they are truly heard and understood. Meghan provides a safe space for individuals to explore and work through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship issues, academic and career challenges, athletics, family dynamics, support for new parents, health issues, chronic illness, pain management, nutrition, sleep issues, fitness, selfesteem, and bullying.
