Amanda Baldaro, LICSW

I have been in the field for over a decade and have worked in a variety of settings and environments. Congratulations on taking the first step in engaging in therapy and looking into possible clinicians- I know that the first step can be the hardest and you have already completed it! I have extensive experience working with both adults and adolescents as well as families as a whole who are dealing with a range of issues from anxiety, depression, to communication issues. Mental health can affect our physical health and sometimes symptoms can be both mentally and physically uncomfortable, I am here to help you learn how to manage these symptoms and find a way to succeed in your goals. I like to work with my clients to identify those goals and think of a manageable and reasonable way to obtain them and help you feel better and more confident about your abilities. Therapy can be hard work but I am here to help support you in your efforts, remind you that you are worth succeeding, and challenge you when needed. You are not in this alone! I offer both telehealth and in office options and can be flexible around meeting times. My role as a therapist is to help support you in ways you find helpful, I am here to support you in your journey and hopefully make your journey more enjoyable. Life can be tough and stress can be tougher but it can be managed, sometimes we just need the right person to help us learn how to manage it in a healthy fashion. Everyone has the capacity and the right to enjoy life and have some semblance of peace, I am happy to help you learn how to get there.
